Aiden, Ashlyn, Ben, Logan, Taylor, Tyler, and Y/N sat around a table in the cafeteria, a crowded space. Y/N, known to them as a talented artist with a passion for music, was concealing her true identity as a K-pop star. The group often joked about how she could be famous one day, completely unaware of the truth. 'Seriously, Y/N,' Aiden said, his blonde hair glinting under the cafeteria lights. 'You’ve gotta stop with the 'someday' nonsense. You’re already amazing at singing. Just admit it.' Y/N laughed, brushing a lock of hair behind her ear. 'Maybe someday, but not yet. I just want to enjoy my time here with you guys.' She smiled at the group. Suddenly, the deafening laughter from outside interrupted their reverie. It was Barron and his goons, making their usual rounds. Logan's worried expression deepened as he caught snippets of their conversation. “Did you hear about that undercover K-pop star? They say it’s that Y/N girl. Pfftttt can you believe it? A loser like that famous? It’s hilarious,” Barron scoffed, his tone dripping with disdain as he flicked his hair back. 'Wait,' Ashlyn interjected, her slate green eyes narrowing in focus. “Did he just say… that Y/N…. As in you Y/N?” Ashlyn points at Y/N “is a k-pop singer?” Logan and the rest of the group pause, before Logan speaks up. 'He’s talking about Y/N? What makes him think that? I mean you are a really good singer Y/N I just feel like if you were a k-pop singer we would know.” Aiden, despite his already upbeat demeanor seems to perk up more at that. 'You? A K-pop singer? That doesn’t surprise me. I mean you were always a good singer.' Taylor, ever the bubbly one, immediately perk up and looked at Y/N. 'You’re a K-pop singer? That’s so cool! What songs have you released? Are you apart of a whole group or is it just you? Are you the lead singer?' Y/N use to being bombarded with questions easily answered each one. “I’ve released a couple of songs, I’m apart of G/N, and I’m the lead singer.” Ben picked up a pencil and started to write in his notebook. “I think we should keep an eye on Barron. He might try to use this against you, but if he does then we’ll confront him and threaten to tell the coach. That should make him back down. He doesn’t want to lose his spot on the team.” Tyler scoffed, his eyes alight with sarcasm. “Right, and while we’re at it, let’s just invite him to tea while we’re at it. Have you met Barron? He thrives on chaos.” Y/N looked at her friends, feeling a swell of gratitude. “Thank you, all of you. I just don’t want to deal with anymore fans and paparazzi then needed.” Just then, Aiden spoke up his eyes filled with some mischievous and excitement. “So, if you’re a K-pop star, can you teach us a dance, Y/N? I could go for some moves! Just picture me on dance floor doing Body waves or finger guns!” Logan chuckled nervously, glancing at Barron and his group. “Maybe shouldn’t focus on dance battles with them around?” And a light laughter bubbled up from the group at Aiden’s and Logan’s comment, Y/N felt a flicker of hope. Maybe fame wasn’t as daunting when surrounded by people who truly cared, even in the face of people like Barron. This felt like her safe space, and she would do everything to protect it.

AIDEN: lierally your top fan. has all kinds of merchandise related to your group/you. He goes to pretty much all your games and you bet ya he gets a backstage pass as well. helps you do things like fix your outfit or do your eyeliner before your concerts. Bro will quite literally buy you so many accessories he thinks looks nice with your outfits and if anyone ever brings you or your group up he immediately goes 'yeah that's my S/O isn't she so cool!' Is offended for you whenever he hears someone doesn't like your music like what? His S/O that's crazy they make wonderful music!

ASHLYN: Ashlyn doesn't seem like the type to really like music in general unless it’s a quiet instrumental song, so she might if your songs have a calming beat listen to instrumental versions of your songs. As we know Ashlyn does dance so I feel like she would when she's not worrying about the phantom dimension watch and give input on your choreography as well as maybe show you a move or two she thinks fits good. Ashlyn would have a reaction to people bringing you or your group up around her she more like 'yeah that's my S/O.' Ashlyn probably wouldn't go to your concerts not that she doesn't support you it's just that her ears are sensitive and i don't think she could handle a concert even with her headphones.

BEN: As we know Ben loved to sing and still likes music and he gives vibes that he listens to just about everything so there's a good chance he'll like your music and even if he doesn't he'll still support you big time. 100% goes to your concerts and if your songs are appropriate enough brings Lily with him. Speaking of Lily you and her 100% write some mini songs together and sing/dance to them for Ben. And we saw Ben doing Ashlyn's hair he would do yours as well. Anyways back to concerts I feel like Ben would always have stuff for you with him like water, snacks, extra hair ties...etc.

LOGAN: Logan is also the kind of person to listen to calmer types of music so if you manage to fall into that category then he most likely likes your music and if you don't he'll still support you. He's the sweetest supporter and goes to some of your concerts. And when I say he goes to your concerts even if it embarrasses him he will wear merchandise to them. 100% has at least one small Keychain of some sort that relates to your group that he brings with him every where. Can and will name multiple of your songs. Wouldnt be much help in hair or makeup, but we've seen this boy dress he can help you absolutely slay your outfits. When people bring you up around him, he most definitely flushes at least a light red and ends up saying something like 'o-oh? Y/N yeah that's my S/O, isn't she so cool?'

TAYLOR: Another one that's just your biggest fan. Has a bunch of your merchandise and has no shame in wearing them out in public. She tries to go to as many of your concerts as she can and sometimes forces Tyler to go with her. She'll always do things like help with your hair, outfit, and makeup if you ever ask. Taylor 100% knows some of your songs by heart and will sing/dance to them with you. She'll watch you practice and loves to help you write songs as well as think of dances for them.

TYLER: Probably doesn't listen to your music often but he does support you and gives his honest opinion on if he likes your music. he can and will help you do your hair for shows or just in general. He won't admit it but if you look through his room he has at least a little bit of merchandise of you. Taylor ans Aiden tease him so much about it and he denies it as best as he can, but the blush on his cheeks says otherwises. If anyone ever brings you up he's the type of person to go 'oh your a fan? Name five songs' and though he claims to not like your music he can proudly named more than half the songs you've released.

Ever met a celebrity or anybody famous? The most famous person I've met was a former pro boxer, by the name of Ray 'Boom-Boom' Mancini at a charity dinner at the banquet center I worked at 4 years ago. Nicest man you'd ever meet and he even sent me a signed autograph picture in the mail. I'm a Star Trek fan and I'd love to meet the cast of TNG, but autographs and conventions are so expensive. Of course there's the chance you could catch one of them on a bad day and get the brunt of it

If we’re including conventions, then yeah I’ve met several famous people before. I’ve met and gotten autographs and/or selfies from voice actors and screen actors, and I’ve occasionally met some artists too! Outside of that, though, I can’t really say I have. Even my best and most extensive meeting was still at a convention. You could even argue that Mario Marathon was kind of a convention in a sense, albeit a super limited one!

I wasn’t sure if I should include a list or not, so as a compromise I’m going to do so below a cut!

Voice Actors:

Sonny Strait (voice of Krillin) -- Got to spend basically an entire day with him! Unexpectedly encountered him at a convention waaaay way back in the day and he just kind of adopted me and the other handful of fans that were hanging around. He gave us all free DBZ CCG t-shirts, let us sit in the DBZ hummer, and signed anything we put in front of him!

Christopher Sabat (voice of Vegeta) -- I brought him a set of cookies made to look like dragon balls, and brought my favorite Vegeta card that I’d been saving for something like 17 years or so on the off-chance I could ever get it signed. He was so moved and impressed that he gave me two other autographs for free~

Todd Haberkorn (voice of Jaco) -- This was the same convention where I got to meet Chris Sabat, and I also brought him a box of cookies. He was so excited that he dug into them right then and there, and then when signing my card he even wrote “Thanks for the galactic cookies!”

Chuck Huber (voice of Android 17/Hiei) -- I’ve gotten autographs from him a couple of times for different characters. One of the items I got signed was one of the original Hiei action figures back when Yu Yu Hakusho first debuted in the US. He was impressed that I had it at all, let alone that it was in the box. (Amusingly, the only reason I did was because I had one previous to it that was out of the box on display and whose sword had broken. I got a new one intending to replace it, but just never opened it.)

Chris Rager (voice of Mr. Satan) -- SUCH a nice guy! We had a nice little chat and I offered him some dragon ball cookies I’d been handing out that day. He signed my trading card and took a selfie with me! I caught him at a panel where he told some absolutely amazing behind-the-scenes stories that I still tell to other people to this day.

Chris Cason (voice of Tien) -- Not much to say about this encounter, I didn’t get to say much more than a hello and thank you before he had to go. I’d missed the official signing session and just happened to catch him after a panel.

Team Four Star -- I catch these guys every opportunity I can manage, and every time I bring them some DBZ-themed treat. I refer to myself as “Snack Girl” when I come to get autographs, and at my last encounter Lanipator mentioned that I looked familiar when I came to the table, so I guess I’m making an impact! I have several stories concerning these guys, way too many to list here.

Little Kuriboh (YGOA voice of Merik, DBZA voice of Freeza) -- Amusingly I met him the time I was at a convention in my Piccolo costume, and that ended up being a whole conversation by itself. It then immediately turned into a conversation about Fallout because someone had brought him some New Vegas playing cards, lol. He was enamored with the trading card I had brought him to sign, and we had a discussion about a fund raiser he’d hosted to raise money for disaster relief where I’d won one of the auctions he’d held.

Kevin Conroy (voice of Batman) -- I found out very late that he was going to be in town, like maybe a week or two before, and dropped EVERYTHING to be able to meet him. When I was in line for an autograph I was so worked up that I kept getting light headed and having heart palpitations. By the time I actually made it to the table I was so starstruck that I could barely say anything. I’m pretty sure I said “I can’t believe you’re here” (??? wtf past-me) and something about him being so talented. He thanked me and didn’t really say much. I had also paid for a photo with him, and in the photo you can see my hand gripping the side of my leg REALLY tightly because I had a very strong instinct to hug him and I WAS NOT ABOUT TO BE THAT FANGIRL.

Charles Martinet (voice of most of the Mario cast) -- Holy shit, this man is playful! He was an absolute delight to talk to, and even just to watch with other people while I was in line. He was very open to whatever sorts of fan requests each person had and was just so warm and gracious with each person that came up. I mostly just wanted to shake his hand and tell him that Mario games basically set me up for the person I grew up to be today. The thing that amused me the most is that if you had him autograph one of the prints at the table, which had all the Mario characters on it, he’d do the voices of each character while doodling little word balloons for them~

Screen Actors:

John Barrowman (Captain Jack Harkness in Doctor Who/Torchwood) -- This was one of the first times I’d gone to a convention specifically to meet an actor. He was a lot of fun and did his best to be chatty, but his handlers were kind of hurrying people along. He was especially tickled by my name (I guess he doesn’t sign too many autographs made out to “Leda”), and he even signed a second item that we happened to have for free!

Cary Elwes (Wesley in The Princess Bride, among other things) -- This was another one of those moments where the weight of just WHO I was meeting got to me and I completely lost my voice. I think I said something about having grown up watching Princess Bride ever since I was a little kid?? I honestly don’t remember what I said, it’s kind of a blur. All I know is that I was so struck by the moment that I didn’t even remember to say that I also love him in the Saw movies.

Billy Boyd (Pippin in Lord of the Rings) -- Not a lot I can say about this one because it was a very fast-paced, conveyor belt sort of affair. We exchanged greetings and he thanked us very much for coming out to see him, and we all agreed that Pippin is totes the best hobbit.

Robin Lord Taylor (Penguin in Gotham) -- One of my favorite interactions meeting a celebrity, for sure! He was actually really interested in knowing about -me-, which completely threw me off-guard. He wanted to know where I was from and what I did for a living, and when I said I was a manager at Spencer’s he got really excited and squeaked “I LOVE Spencer’s!” While he was signing my doll I explained that Penguin is by far my family’s favorite character in Gotham and that we had a joke where, anytime the show switches back to him, we say “Meanwhile, with the REAL main character...” He got a big kick out of that~

Khary Payton (King Ezekiel in The Walking Dead) -- So I don’t watch a huge amount of Walking Dead, but I watch enough that I wanted to come along when my mom went to go get an autograph from him for my brother. He’s definitely the friendliest celebrity I’ve encountered -- so much so that he wouldn’t stay behind the table! He spent the entire time in FRONT of the table so he could hug every single person that came to see him! It was a nice strong hug, too, and he was just so welcoming and pleasant. I told him that, if I had to choose one of the communities in The Walking Dead, I’d absolutely choose The Kingdom. He threw his hands up to his sides and said dramatically, “You will always have a place in my kingdom!”

Penn & Teller -- This year my mom took me on a surprise trip to Las Vegas, and while we were there we got to see Penn & Teller perform, which has always been a dream of mine! After the show they came out into the lobby and they did autographs and selfies with anyone that wanted one, and I got to meet them each. It was a little disarming hearing Teller talk, and Penn was as funny as ever because he’d loudly comment whenever someone’s phone wasn’t working. During this trip I also had my Boris plushie as my “traveling doll” and asked if they’d take pictures with him as well, which they both obliged. Teller seemed particularly amused by Boris.

James Rolfe (the Angry Video Game Nerd) -- So I actually have kind of a long history with him, which originated with me contacting the show to donate a fairly odd peripheral accessory. I given a green light and provided an address, and since I was going to be mailing him anyway, I basically just got a big box and threw in any video game related stuff that I didn’t want anymore and didn’t feel like putting the effort into selling. It ended up being a HUGE box, so much so that I included an inventory list to make sure he didn’t accidentally throw something away. To my surprise he actually mailed me back an autographed AVGN print thanking me for the donations! I thought that’d be the end of it, but he’s actually since featured that peripheral several times on the show, and even included an Easter egg that I asked for twice! This year I got to meet him at Too Many Games and introduced myself as the one that sent the item in. He mentioned that they had a lot of fun messing with it.

Mario Marathon team -- I’m known as one of the regulars since I’ve been around since the first year, and a couple of years ago I was actually invited to the marathon itself as a player! It’s definitely one of the most amazing experiences of my life, and I only wish I could do it all over again! Everyone was just... wonderful~ I was there for several days so there’s obviously way too many stories to tell, but at least in this case you can always go watch the videos on Twitch.

Artists:

Steven Butler -- This was particularly amusing because I was the one that caught him by surprise. I happened to be making my way through the Artist Alley when I realized he was there, and since no one was at the table at the time I went over to talk to him. We had an awesomely long chat about his work (I was going through a sample book on the table) and his time drawing for the Sonic comics. He tried to bring it up as a talking point, and I told him “I know, I own some of your pages!” which REALLY threw him for a loop! He showed me some art for a new Sonic-style story he’s been working on, and I completely fell in love with a character that was clearly inspired by Sally (and I’m not just assuming, he confirmed as much). I then started talking about @fini-mun and how it’s only a shame he couldn’t meet Deebs too, and was talking about Deebs’ history with art and almost getting recruited to be in the Archie art stable as well and how they now do art streams. He was particularly interested in the streams, and I was like “Oh yeah, that’s actually why they aren’t here now, they have a stream today!” so he gave me a free print to pass along to Deebs as a show of interest and support!

Veronica Vera (from the Not Enough Rings comic) -- This was another chance encounter in Artist Alley. I was just kind of poking around to see everyone’s work, and I realized I recognized the comic she was selling. I commented that I loved that comic, and she said she was selling hardcover copies of the entire series. I love the comic and I wanted to show my support, so I bought a book and she signed the inside cover! Unfortunately Oliver Bareham wasn’t there at the time, so no autograph from him. Maybe one day if I’m incredibly lucky, I suppose.

Rich Koslowski -- This was at one of my very first conventions ever. He was an inker of the Sonic comics at the time, and I was only.... 12, I think? I mostly was just excited to be meeting someone that works on Sonic stuff, and I can’t remember much about the encounter aside from just babbling about liking Sonic. I remember him being very kind.

And unfortunately... Ken Penders --  This was at the same convention I just mentioned with Koslowski. As stated above I was only 12, and I was just excited to meet someone who works on Sonic stuff. I believe I was there because of a post on Archie’s Sonic website. Anyway what strikes me as the most surprising about this encounter is how -normal- it all was, at least as far as I remember it. I’ve heard some horror stories of Penders being horrible to fans at conventions, but at least way back at this time (like 1997 or so), he was passing for a normal human. He didn’t say anything mean to me (that I noticed), and he actually gave me some free Sonic loot, which I can’t imagine him ever doing nowadays. I still have the comic book he signed, and I legit consider burning it on a regular basis.

OKAY this ended up way longer that I thought it would. I think even -I- forgot how many people I’ve met before. If I think of anyone else I’ll add it to the list later!

Bohemian Rhapsody - Ben Hardy/ Roger Taylor fic [Chapter 2]

A/N: I did not go writing this referencing by the years but mostly the events that had happened in Queen and the movie, Bohemian Rhapsody not in a particular order. I hope you enjoy as much as I enjoyed writing it.

INTRODUCTION: Roger Taylor, the famous drummer of Queen won a lot of hearts as he performed several gigs along with his bandmates, Freddie, Brian and John. His playboy self slowly vanishing as he meets the girl of his dreams but what happens when their dreams after marriage takes a toll with fame and publicity?

Chapter Two:

“How long did you say you have been getting sick for?” Mary asks placing a glass of water at the coffee table. “Like for um, about a week.” I say. “And you went to the doctors today?” She asks. “Uh, I thought about it.” I say pausing. Not really wanting to tell her what happened. “So you are pregnant?” She asks. I sigh reaching towards the coffee table to grab the glass of water. “I’ll take that as a yes.” She says with a smile. Clearly excited. I had picked up the telephone to call to make an appointment in the morning but Roger’s sleepy voice calling to me made me change my mind. A pregnancy test was taken and it had shown as positive. Two tests to be exact.

“Are we talking about a baby here?” I hear Freddie’s voice come through as his whole body came into view. “Freddie?! What are you doing here. The boys are out.” I say with a frown. “I live here. They went to the pub. Who goes to the pub at 2 in the afternoon.” He says filling himself a glass of wine as me and Mary look at each other. “Promise me you won’t tell anyone about this.” I say. “Sure, darling but you really have to tell Rog.” He says. “I can’t. Not now.” I say with tears in my eyes. “Why not?” Mary asks. “This baby would be too much on him. The band. With the tours and everything and I can’t take care of a baby on my own.” I say crying. Mary hugs me to calm me down. Freddie nods his head understanding.

The sudden noise coming from the swing of the door turn our heads around to see the boys barge in. I quickly wipe away my tears with a tissue Freddie has passed quick enough for anyone to notice. “Oh, c’mon in. Make yourselves at home.” Freddie says placing his glass on the small tray. “Oh Y/n, you are here too. Good.” Roger says hovering down to my level leaving a soft kiss on my forehead before walking to the glasses. “Hello Mary. How’s your dad?” Brian asks taking a seat with John by the sofa near the window as he tries to open up a wine bottle. “What’s going on, Brian?” Freddie asks taking a seat next to me. “If you’d have answered your phone you’d have known already.” Brian says looking towards us. “This really isn’t a good time guys.” Freddie says as I lower my head to wipe away a tear. “Love, are you crying?” Roger asks. “No, something fell in my eye. It’s fine now.” I lie. “What were you saying, Brian?” I ask changing the topic. “John Reid called today. He has a little tour in his mind for us.” “It’s not little, Brian. He has booked us a tour of America. The album hit the charts in the US!” Roger says excited as he held several wine glasses in both hands.

“Oh yes!!” Freddie says getting up as they all jumped in a group hug.

I slowly sink down deeper into the sofa trying to hold back the tears. America? That’s so far away. I think. Freddie’s smile faded after seeing me. “Let’s go out to celebrate!” He says turning towards the boys. “We got a fine bottle of wine here.” Brian says pouring down to the glasses as Roger places them on the coffee table. “Uh, no. I actually had a glass earlier.” I lie as Brian held the glass towards me. “Actually we were just about to leave to go shopping.” Mary says looking at me. I nod my head looking towards the boys. “I was supposed to join them too.” Freddie says with the sound of his glass hitting the coffee table. The boys looking at him. “No you weren’t.” Mary and I both say closing the door behind us.

It’s been a month and a half since the boys left to America. “Let’s hope they don’t put that in the front page.” Mary says as we sat at a small cafe having lunch. She had accompanied me to the doctors as I was scared to go alone. “The wind had to blow away my hat.” I say with a frown. Mary chuckled. She has been there taking care of me and the baby. Constantly updating Freddie about me and him watching over Roger to make sure he didn’t do anything stupid.

“They are going to be back in three weeks. You are 3 months already and very noticeable. You have to tell Roger, dear.” Mary says. I bite my lip with the thought of it. “What if he gets mad and leaves?” I ask. “Stupid of you to think that. Freddie will be there to talk to him.” She says assuring me everything would be okay.

It's been two months since the boys went on their very first tour in America but now, that long wait is over and they are coming back home soon. Freddie had called me earlier saying they had to drop by the studio first before coming home and had asked if I could come over to join them for drinks. A mini celebration with the end of their tour. That's the life being married to a band member. Touring all year long and joining them on their celebrations until they leave again within the next few months. “That’s a terrible idea.” I said but he insisted that I go.

With much hesitation he had forced me to go but I had a good reason but knowing that I could never hide it scared me even more. What could be going on in his head. Like usual, Taylor did not send a text as he was coming back making me get negative thoughts.

Pacing around the living room panicking I tried to see if I can access to any social networks. Two days ago the press had taken pictures of me leaving the hospital and all thanks to the wind blowing off my disguised hat the press had to crowd around me. Before leaving for tour, Roger had blocked all social media access for me knowing how it could put me down terribly. Is he not calling me because he is mad and doesn't want to see me anymore after seeing the pictures maybe?

The sudden noise from my phone made me jump. "Hello?" I answer. "Y/n, um, could you come over now? I'll send Mary to get you." I hear Freddie say. "No. It's okay. I can go." I say. "Are you okay. You sound panicked." He says with worry. "Um, yeah. Freddie, could you maybe meet me on the hallway first?" I ask knowing that I have to tell Roger about his baby and my visible small baby bump of 3 months. "Yeah sure. I'll see you in an hour then?" He asks. "Yeah." I say hanging up.

Finding out about the unplanned pregnancy just a few days before their tour was not the plan. They all were really excited about the tour and this wasn't news that was to be said over a phone call over an ocean apart. I frown at all the clothes I had put on that showed up the baby bump forming. Deciding to go with a black dress with my messy hair in a bun accessorised with one of Roger's bandanas, I smile at the outfit I put on but it soon turned into a frown.

After about an hour I reach their studio and walk the quiet hallways to their hanging out room. I spot John walking towards the room in front of me. I whisper shout his name. "Freddie!!" With my soft voice echoing through he turned around with excitement in his eyes walking towards me but soon it got glued to my belly with his mouth open. "Y/n you- you-" he stutters. Not being able to cope with his reaction I begin to cry. "Hey hey. Why you crying? I didn't say it to scare you. What's the matter?" He asks wiping off the tears after a quick hug.

"Roger still doesn't know." I manage to say. "Why not?” He asks. "I didn't want to put any pressure on him or the band." I say feeling so disappointed in myself. "He won't be mad at you." Freddie says assuring me. A sudden loud bang from inside the room made us look towards the slightly open door. Another crash followed by a screaming Roger.

-Roger's P.O.V-

I get up from my seat furiously throwing away my drumsticks towards the door. "Roger. Calm down." John says. "What's going on?" Brian asks. "Have you seen these?" I ask handing the newspaper towards them with pictures of the press crowding around Y/n. "She looks different." Brian comments. "What do you mean different? She is all panicked." I say clenching my fists. "No. I mean, she looks pregnant." Brian says again making me take another look at the black and white pictures. He was right. Y/n do look pregnant. "I'm gonna go get some air." I say getting up.

Freddie kept on trying to calm me down but the small hallway was making me all claustrophobic.

"Y/n?" I hear a familiar voice say my name. Looking up with my teary eyes and tear soaked face, I see Roger standing just a few feet from us. "What's going on out here?" We hear John say followed by Brian's voice, "See, she really is pregnant." He says. With everything happening so fast I begin to feel lightheaded and soft voices of my name being called as my vision turned black.

"Love?" I hear someone's voice as a wet cloth touched my forehead. Slowly opening my eyes I see Roger sitting next to me. The rest of the members were nowhere to be seen. "Where are the others?" I ask making myself sit on the sofa. "They all went for drinks." He says. "Why didn't you go?" I ask. "I wanted to stay." He says making me teary. "Hey, sshh. I'm sorry about earlier." He says hugging me. "I was just mad at the press for doing that to you and I got mad at myself for not being there to protect you." He says kissing my forehead. I left soft sobs over his shoulder as he caressed by back. "I thought you were mad at me. You didn't even call me to tell me you were coming home." I say in between sobs. "I thought of just appearing at the door step and surprising you. I'm sorry dear." He says kissing my forehead.

my birthday is in november!! november 23 to be specific. i share it with miley cyrus which is something i always found to be very cool when i was growing up and watching hannah montana. it also means i am a sagittarius and funny little fact i realized is that my best friend is a gemini. alex and jack are also a sagittarius and a gemini. from being 13 i know that tyler and josh from twenty one pilots are also a sagittarius and a gemini. something about sagittarius and gemini besties idk.

also yeah!! ao3 year in review!! it's a bit complicated to figure out at first and if you read a lot the finding pages thing can be pretty tedious, but it's def worth it once you figure it out. it gives you a lot of different stats about everything you read and it's pretty cool. now i am going to go look at your fics to remember my favs. you deserve the praise so i am willing to offer it. jeez you write a lot i respect the motivation sm. you write quite a bit of angst and i won't lie i try to stay away from angst so i haven't read your fics that seem super angst-y based on the tags. BUT there are still so many i recall reading and loving nonetheless. on a quick scroll-through: i usually don't read high school AUs but "paint me in trust (i'll be your best friend)" was super adorable and lovely. "thank god i'm yours" is one of my favs iirc. also i love love love "it's not always easy (but i'm here forever)" like yes please romanticize alex gaskarth i love it sm. "i won't be silent (and i won't let go)" and "i fell asleep in a city that doesn't" are both super fluffy and romantic and are favs of mine. in case you haven't picked up on it i adore very fluffy and romantic fics lmao. alright i am continuing to scroll and there are so many more i could list that i love but this section is getting quite long. just know if it's about a kitchen or hotel rooms being for lovers i probably read it and adored it and that pov is so valid.

waterparks!! will not lie i only really started listening to them about 6 months ago having been distantly aware of their existence for several years by being a fan of bands in the same genre. listen as long as you let yourself be vaguely annoyed by awsten is prevents you from being in love with him. follow him on any social media platform for like a day and you'll be sick of him typing in nothing but all caps within hours. simply do not romanticize him and you can keep yourself from falling!! so this is coming from a slightly fake parx fan, but some of my favs by them have been peach (lobotomy), crave, numb, fuzzy, violet!, you'd be paranoid too, and lowkey as hell. that is a very songs-from-their-most-recent-album-heavy rec, but whatever. i did give the disclaimer about being a fake parx fan.

yeah hayley does have 2 solo albums now!! petals for armor and flowers for vases / descansos. pfa is the one i didn't really like upon first listen but has grown on me. i haven't even listened to the second one in its entirety oops but we won't mention it. dead horse is good but simmer (pretty sure that was the other single??) just ain't it for me. the album has some lovely songs but it's just a hit or miss album all the way through. some favs of mine on it include pure love, taken, crystal clear, watch me while i bloom, and why we ever. it's sorta a storyline album about healing if that adds anything to it?? but anyways. i started listening to paramore around the time after laughter dropped and it grew to be one of my fav albums in existence. idle worship is probably one of my fav songs like ever. i def understand being slightly put off by bands with songs that make religious references (me with twenty one pilots' earlier music that makes a lot more religious references considering i'm not religious whatsoever) but i think i am blinded by being in love with hayley williams and just ignore it. idk that she's like super religious?? she's addressed believing in god and stuff a few times but she's def not the "rub it in your face" type and if she's making refs in music more recently then they're subtle enough i'm not noticing them. ik albums like brand new eyes had a lot more because it was shortly after that the band split and the songwriting process was essentially her and ex-bandmate co-songwriter arguing about their religious beliefs (turns out he ended up being super homophobic and transphobic all based on his religion so do with that what u will and thank the clown for leaving). i feel u on the "i meant to start listening to them" because that's essentially how i started listening to them. i told myself i was going to and then finally forced myself to do it. fuck falling for awsten knight what's more risky is falling in love with hayley </3

also yeah!! you've articulated my feelings towards tde. every song is so vastly different that it's hard to like it all. #1 fan is pretty decent though, and that's not just my bias about finding both ross and his gf hot and a cute couple and getting to see them together and ross half naked in a mirror in the video nope not at all. he's my fav himbo!! he has no personality!! no thoughts head empty!! i still love him and his strawberry-growing saga on twitter tho <3 the hazard of being in love with ross lynch since i was 12. girlfriend better be a fucking banger and there's quite a few already released singles in the tracklist so i have hope. i believe my show is in chicago on november 19 which is a thursday. kinda sucks since i intentionally bought the chicago tix nearly two years ago (the show was originally supposed to be april 25 2020. lol.) because the show was on a saturday and i have to drive 3 hours to get there. obviously i can't speak for them as tde but r5 shows always fucking slapped and i can vouch for them (realized i haven't seem them live since 2016?? 5 YEARS?? wtf) so if u genuinely like them. would recommend going to see them.
